The College has recently established a Private-Public Partnership advisory committee to explore areas of government policy that affect general practitioners and the overall health environment and recommend appropriate action for the College which may include submissions to government and/or it’s advisory bodies.
The advisory committee also has a voice on the National Health Accounts Committee, and will work to ensure that the contributions of private practitioners to the national health system is recognised.
If you wish to make a submission on an issue that you would like the committee to explore, please contact the Secretariat.
